No improvements at Bonn's civic services

Need to make an appointment at the local civic services to renew my ID card. The first free slot is in 8 weeks!
Every few weeks you read in the press that the city wants to improve their service, but in the last year at least nothing seems to have improved. The last news was that the city wants to recruit staff from the local savings bank which wants to get rid of staff. They call it a "win-win" situation.

Dienstag hatte es dann geklappt. 
Die 7:40Uhr Freischaltung von noch tagesaktuellen Terminen wird auch von den Mitarbeitern kommuniziert, sind aber oft schon recht schnell weg. Dennoch, wenn man nicht 2 Monate warten möchte auf einen Termin und flexibel und kurzfristig hin kann ein praktischer Weg.

Na, #Glückwunsch, Klaus! Ausnahmsweise war die Technologie dann doch bürgerfreundlich eingesetzt und frühes Ausfstehen nicht umsonst!...
