Screw you M$! I followed your guidelines and instructions, I checked the permissions myself, I used Bing, just to give a fucking damn reporting user db_owner rights in the end to get it working at all.

I solved it by adding the local "DPMR$Servername" account to the local security Group "DPMDBAdministrators$Servername".

why would you use MS ? I am asking as a genuine question and not as sarcasm. I can not think of many scenarios where it would be necessary to use MS for much

Maybe bad karma and this is my punishment for quitting university. Had to look for an apprenticeship and the only I got in the short time was in a company full of M$. Hard to change a grown infrastructure that is vendor locked-in. At least I got quit IIS and ASPX for webhosting so far.
