Soweit fortgeltendes Recht Weisungsrechte im Sinne des Artikels 84 Abs. 5 vorsieht, bleiben sie bis zu einer anderweitigen gesetzlichen Regelung bestehen.
XI. Transitional and Concluding Provisions - Article 128
Insofar as law that remains in force grants authority to issue instructions within the meaning of paragraph (5) of Article 84, this authority shall remain in existence until a law otherwise provides.
